Hey everyone, we just intercepted some news on Twitter from Spike Hike!
He says that the phoning facility (EPF building) has been destroyed in Club Penguin as a result of Operation Blackout!
I just logged in to take a look and everything seems to be okay for now, but he may have advance knowledge of Herbert’s plans, so be ready for something bad to happen to EPF HQ!
Thankfully, there’s an underground base for EPF!
It’s been hidden up to this point, but here’s a picture of the underground base, along with a possible entrance to the underground base once Operation Blackout begins!
